When Graham Taylor Almost Fell Apart
The awful story of Graham Taylor as England manager would be incomplete if we didn’t at least look at what happened in the qualification for Euro 1992.
England’s qualifying campaign went down to the very final game. And, as fate would have it, England played against Poland on November 13, 1991.
The press was calling for Taylor’s head before the game was even played:
