What You Should Always Do First In Your Save

Before you start any save, you need to make sure your staff responsibilities are set up right.

These are located in the “Staff” menu on the left hand of your screen when your game first starts up:

When you are there, you should see a screen like this:

The formatting might vary depending on the skin you are using.

Once there, click on “Responsibilities” at the top:

You’ll want to go through each section of this drop down menu to correctly set things like who will take care of player contracts, who will take over training responsibilities, who will assign scouts, and so on.
