In the midst of the communication desert surrounding Football Manager 2025, this message was apparently sent to certain members of FMFC:

I learned about this on this Reddit thread. I’m not sure if it’s been confirmed, though it was accompanied by this post:

Now, I live a long way away from London. $50 or so isn’t going to cut it. I guess that’s why I wasn’t invited.

However, it’s obvious that others were also not invited. In fat, the biggest FM content creators only had negative things to say about the game at the time:

Sports Interactive needs to learn how to communicate with its player base. This is ridiculous — and I’m sorry to say that FM25 is likely to be remembered as one of the worst in the series.

Of course, that doesn’t mean I’ll ignore it. I’ll play it a ton when I finally have my hands on it.
