Team Meetings Are A Pain

Team meetings in Football Manager are a pain in the neck.

It’s really easy to get things wrong, and extremely difficult to get them right.

I’ve finished off my second season at PanSa East FC by getting things wrong in our team meeting, as you can see here:

Now, this isn’t quite as bad as the kind of interactions I had way back in the Ingolstadt 04 save. however, it is concerning.

It happened again recently:

My advice:

• Keep the team meetings to a minimum

• Don’t talk with players unless you absolutely have to

• Get rid of players that are upset before they become a huge problem
