“Surprising Victory”?!

This match was over as soon as it started. We destroyed Colorado State, showing that we are excellent on the road.

As you can see, the in-game press called our win “surprising.”

That’s insane.

Sure, we only scored 2 goals. We also only allowed 3 shots, had about 70% of the possession, and managed an xG of over 4 compared to their 0.13.

Aldana had two goals, and came close to a hat trick.

Nothing “surprising” about any of that.

The only part that I was honestly surprised at was that the game thought Daryl Daley deserved the player of the match award despite doing basically nothing.

Rivalry

We’ve got a real rivalry match this time, as we take on Utah State at home.

We should win this one easily. In fact, everybody expects us to win.
