No News Is Good News?

I’ll be honest with you guys. It’s been a long time since I’ve thought about Football Manager.

I was doing well for a while, before December kicked in. I’m still in the middle of a Hallam save, and was working hard to condense the hours of game footage I had recorded into something interesting and presentable.

But I lost my momentum, and I’m trying to get it back.

Though I probably should blame myself, I tend to place at least some of the blame on the absolute lack of news we’ve received from Sports Interactive on how FM25 has developed.

The FM25 Development Update thread on the official forums has been filled with fans complaining about the silence for weeks now. Give us a quick shoutout or a brief development blog or a screenshot or something already!

It’s hard to remain optimistic for a product that you know absolutely nothing about.

And, unfortunately for Sports Interactive, fans are not particularly forgiving when it comes to a complete lack of information in the information age. I’d much rather hear about whatever problem is delaying development than hear nothing at all.
