I’ve got no idea how Football Manager’s morale system is supposed to work.

We came into this Super League 4 Cup match full on favorites to beat Mumbai City. And we beat them soundly, 4-1.

That’s not a surprise.

The surprise is that my players were still upset after the win.

In fact, as you can see int he video above, my players got upset when I praised them for playing well.

How does that make sense?

And, above all, what in the world is the secret to get upset players happy again in Football Manager?
