• The player morale system can make even the best teams go on an unstoppable losing streak.

• The board can be impossible to work with, depending on the club you’re at.

Reasons why Football Manager might be too easy:

• The fact that Pace and Acceleration are so heavily weighted in the match engine that you can beat any team just by focusing on those two attributes.

• Gegenpress tactics tend to work even if you are clear the underdog.

• The computer manager is awful at squad building and squad management, giving you a clear advantage.
