Football Manager’s Morale System

I’ve got one complaint about Football Manager.

The morale system is awful.

Seriously — most of the problems I have in my saves come from poor morale. It’s not because the tactic is wrong, the players are unsuitable, or anything like that. No — it’s all because the players are upset over some stupid problem that I don’t have the ability to solve.

Football Manager is an RPG, and should be treated like one. I want to manage a team, not worry about players crying.
