Cowboy Up
It was the same old story in Laramie, Wyoming. We came, we saw, we conquered.
We weren’t quite as dominant as the scoreline would have you believe. Yes, Aldana got a hat trick — and he would have scored 2 more if he learned the offside rule. However, we let Wyoming have far too many shots on goal for me to feel comfortable.
The biggest problem is our defense. That’s been clear for quite some time. I know that the tactic is ridiculous, and not having fullbacks or wingbacks is really hurting us. However, our three central defenders really could stand to play a bit better.
But, hey, we’ll take the wins as long as they keep on coming.
Injury Crisis
We’re facing a little bit of an injury problem.
Of the four players mentioned in that screenshot, Sydney Amutenya is the only one I would realistically want to play in that role. Plute is actually a striker who can’t play on the right wing (he can barely play as a striker anywya), and Solano just isn’t good enough to play for us. Rocha is better off in central attacking midfield.
We’ll see what we can do. Once again, the transfer restrictions are really hurting us.
