Attributes Are More Important Than Tactics
I know this is controversial, but it needs to be said.
Player attributes are more important than tactics.
As much fun as it is to throw around crazy tactics and test them out, they don’t matter as much as the players you are using.

Or read about our horrible match against NK Domžale.
I decided to rest our starters. We had an FA Cup match coming up in 3 days that was infinitely more important than a match against the 20th ranked team in our league.
And, well, the players I put in there just didn’t get it done.
We had no offense. None. It was pathetic.
We gave up 2 goals on 2 mistakes by 2 players I want to get rid of.
The problem is not the tactic. I know this tactic works.
The problem is the players.
