Are Football Manager Salaries Realistic?

I’m interested to know what you think about the subject.

I do think player salaries are more or less realistic, though they seem really low for those on youth contracts.

Staff wages seem to be okay, though I really worry about staff members who are making far less than the average wage in Kashiwa:

In game, I’m a 19 year old with no experience or skills:

But I’m making killer money:

What’s the deal with that? Why am I making so much money despite having no skills at all?
