I’ve begun looking into some of the basics of using Football Manager’s pregame editor.

For one thing, it’s important to learn how to use the Advanced Rules editor to do all the cool stuff:

For example, you can change the substitution rules for any competition:

And, if you so choose, you can put England back in the EU and remove the work permit rules:
